Exchange and Returns:

Due to the nature of the item, and for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

Processing Time:

Please allow 2-3 days processing time for your order to ship  

 

Order Cancellations & Changes:

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email.

 

Shipping Policy:

Undelivered addresses include:  Incorrect / insufficient address, missing p.o. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Milli Allure Beauty is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Milli Allure Beauty has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the orders billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or change will be considered but not guaranteed.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Milli Allure Beauty, shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Milli Allure Beauty has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Milli Allure Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions. Milli Allure Beauty is also not liable for any allergic reactions to adhesives, solvents or any such products.
